What Our Pest Control Service Covers
Last updated: October 2026
Ohio Pest Pros provides the pest control work listed in your written estimate or service agreement. Depending on the approved plan, work may include inspecting accessible areas, identifying pest activity, applying appropriate products, and explaining steps you can take to reduce pest access.
Work not listed in that agreement, such as repairs, sanitation, wildlife removal, or treatment of additional areas, requires a separate written agreement and may have a separate charge. We do not promise to treat concealed areas that cannot be safely reached or inspected.
Pesticide work is subject to Ohio Revised Code Chapter 921 and Ohio Administrative Code 901:5-11. Our commercial applicators must hold applicable Ohio Department of Agriculture credentials.
Products are used according to their registered labels and EPA requirements. We follow applicable OSHA Hazard Communication requirements, including access to chemical labels and safety data sheets.
Pesticide containers are handled and disposed of according to product labels and applicable Ohio rules. HUD requirements may apply to covered housing.
Setting, Changing, or Cancelling a Visit
Appointments are arranged with you by phone, email, or another agreed method. We will confirm the expected service window and any preparation or access instructions.
Please provide safe access to the agreed areas and tell us about relevant changes, such as pets, occupants, or new pest activity. If you need to cancel or move a visit, contact us as soon as reasonably possible and before the scheduled arrival when you can.
Any cancellation charge must be disclosed in your estimate or agreement; no unstated charge is created by this section.
If weather, safety conditions, access problems, or circumstances outside our control prevent service, we may contact you to arrange another time. A request to add rooms, pests, or treatment steps changes the agreed scope.
We will explain any effect on cost or timing and obtain your approval before doing additional paid work. You may decline the change and proceed with the originally approved work if it remains practical and safe.
Written Estimates and Payment Terms
An estimate describes the work we understand you have requested, the areas included, and the proposed charge. It is based on information available at the time and may need revision if inspection reveals a materially different condition or you request additional work.
We will explain any revised scope and price and get your approval before proceeding with the added work. An estimate is not authorization for services beyond the work it describes.
Unless your written agreement says otherwise, payment is due when the agreed service is completed. We will identify accepted payment methods and any applicable deposit or billing terms in the estimate or agreement before work begins.
Please raise a billing question promptly so we can review the service record and charges with you. No particular price, financing plan, or result is promised by these general terms.
If you dispute part of an invoice, contact us with the amount and reason; this does not remove any rights or duties provided by applicable law or your written agreement.
What to Expect About Service Guarantees
Any warranty, retreatment commitment, or other service guarantee applies only if it is stated in your written estimate or service agreement. That document should identify the covered pest or treatment, the coverage period, and any conditions for requesting follow-up work.
These general terms do not create a warranty, set a standard duration, or promise that pests will never return. Pest activity can depend on conditions outside the treatment area, including entry points, moisture, food sources, and neighboring properties.
Coverage may not apply to work or conditions outside the written commitment, including untreated areas or changes made after service, but the specific agreement controls. Follow the preparation, access, and follow-up instructions we provide, and let us know if the concern returns within any stated coverage period.
We will review the applicable agreement and service history. Nothing here limits rights that cannot legally be waived. Ask us to explain any written warranty terms before approving service.

Responsibility for Service and Existing Conditions
To the extent permitted by law, Ohio Pest Pros’ responsibility for a claim arising from the service will not exceed the amount paid for the specific service that gave rise to the claim. This limit does not apply where prohibited by law, including liability that cannot legally be limited.
We are not responsible for damage or pest conditions that existed before our work, were outside the agreed treatment area, or resulted from circumstances beyond our reasonable control. This does not excuse us from performing the approved work with reasonable care.
Pesticide applications are subject to Ohio Revised Code Chapter 921, Ohio Administrative Code 901:5-11, and applicable Ohio Department of Agriculture licensing requirements. Products must be applied in line with their registered labels and EPA requirements.
Applicable OSHA chemical hazard communication rules also govern labels and safety data sheets. These safeguards do not replace the terms of your service agreement or any protections under law. Please report a concern promptly so we can review the facts and relevant service records.
Questions About These Terms
For questions about these terms or an approved service, contact Ohio Pest Pros at (855) 681-0299 or info@ohiopestpros.top. You may also write to 7428 S State Route 48, Suite 4, Maineville, OH, United States.
Please include your name, service address, and appointment or invoice details when available so we can locate the right record. Do not email urgent safety concerns; call us and follow product label directions or instructions from emergency services as appropriate.
We may revise these terms as our practices or legal requirements change. The current version will be made available with this page, and we will provide notice of material changes through an appropriate channel, such as an update on our website or direct communication when required.
Changes apply as permitted by law and do not silently alter work already approved under a separate written agreement. Your signed estimate or service agreement controls any conflicting job-specific terms. Contact us if you need help understanding which version applies.
